What is Human Supporter Mode?

Human supporters are experienced professionals who can provide real-time assistance during your interview. They see the same transcript and questions as you and can offer personalized suggestions.

How to Enable Supporter Mode

1. Create a Session: Start a new interview session
2. Generate Invite Code: Click "Invite Supporter" to generate a secure code
3. Share the Code: Send the code to your supporter (friend, mentor, or coach)
4. Supporter Joins: They enter the code on our website to join your session

What Supporters Can See

• Real-time transcription of the interview
• Questions you've marked
• AI-generated suggestions
• Session context and job description

What Supporters Can Do

• Provide real-time typing suggestions
• Offer guidance on answering questions
• Help structure responses clearly
• Give feedback on your answers

Privacy & Security

• Supporters can only access sessions with valid codes
• Codes expire after the session ends
• All supporter interactions are logged
• You can revoke access at any time
