• Real-time Transcription: Automatic conversion of interview audio to text
• AI Answer Suggestions: AI-powered recommendations for interview responses
• Human Supporter Collaboration: Optional real-time assistance from human supporters
• Session Management: Storage and review of interview sessions
• Credit System: Usage-based billing for platform features

All features are designed to operate completely invisibly during screen sharing, ensuring your interview process remains confidential.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use HireBoost, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including credit usage and any content generated or stored.

4. Credit System and Billing

4.1 Credit Usage

Credits are consumed based on:

• Transcription time (per minute)
• AI processing (input/output tokens)
• Human supporter time (per minute, if enabled)

4.2 Payment Terms

• Credits are purchased in advance
• All sales are final; credits do not expire
• We accept cryptocurrency and other payment methods
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

4.3 Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Credits will not be refunded for service interruptions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the Service to cheat or gain unfair advantage in interviews
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

6. Intellectual Property

• Your resume and profile information
• Any content you upload to the platform

By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your content solely for providing the Service.

7. AI and Transcription Services

7.1 Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, transcription and AI suggestions are provided "as-is" and may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying all information.

7.2 Human Supporters

When you enable human supporter collaboration, supporters may access your session data to provide assistance. All supporters are bound by confidentiality agreements.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of HireBoost is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

• 100% accuracy of transcriptions or AI suggestions
• Interview success or job placement
• Compatibility with all devices or software

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease
• You may request deletion of your data
• Unused credits may be forfeited (subject to refund policy)

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
